As an energy supplier, the topics of customer orientation and sustainability were trend-setting for the design.
The striking solar sail, which covers the entrance area, lends the building an expressive gesture and is also considered a supplement to the energetically optimised building. A total of up to 100 kW peak solar power is generated by the photovoltaic system.

In the middle of a pulsating quarter, an oasis of peace has been created.
The connection of the two-storey room is created by a natural stone wall, which also serves as a presentation area for the products on offer.
The counterpart to the natural stone wall is the white covering of the wall, divided into ribbons, whose wave motion creates niches for the presentation of decorative cosmetics.

A production and administration building on a difficult topography was commissioned as a result of an expert opinion competition. Nevertheless, administration and production are combined in such a way that the building ensemble remains expandable.
A high degree of flexibility is achieved through large spans, simple and well thought-out room sequences and mobile furnishings such as sanitary containers, office containers (work preparation) and foremen’s offices.

End-to-end 3D planning even makes it possible to simulate future utilisation sequences. This opens up the possibility of optimisation in the planning process and offers maximum planning security and integration.
