We are 21-arch
Pulling together and working together with a sense of joy. The team workshop of 21-arch in that early December morning was all about the sense of solidarity.
Right at the beginning the colleagues discovered some new, colorful stools designed to match the CI of the office – a Christmas treat to them by CEO Ulrich Schwarz and a perfect introduction to the topic of the day. In a collaborative atmosphere, the team developed unique characteristics, common goals and guidelines for an appreciative and trusting cooperation. During a fun fact check, they were surprised by amusing and curious things about their colleagues.
This day revealed that the staff of 21-arch does also enjoy celebrating together. With an excellent pre-Christmas lunch and delicious pastries, everyone enjoyed chatting until late in the afternoon. In the end everyone agreed: 21-arch definitely makes a strong team.
