The appearance of the town hall in Gechingen is reduced to a clear building block in the concept of facade renovation.
The rear-ventilated curtain façade with fibre cement panels, with horizontal divisions in the area of the eaves and tapered cuts in the area of the gable sides, is structured in a way that takes up the layered structure of the surrounding shell limestone rock formations as its theme.
The windows flush with the façade complete the new, closed cubature of the building.
