A production and administration building on a difficult topography was commissioned from an expert opinion competition. Nevertheless, administration and production are combined in such a way that the building ensemble remains expandable.
High flexibility results from large spans, simple and well thought-out room sequences and mobile furnishings such as sanitary containers, office containers (work preparation) and master offices.
A consistent 3D planning even allows a simulation of the future usage processes. This opens the possibility for optimization in the planning process and offers a maximum of planning security and integration.
